Starting with the blades, they used top quality stainless steel with molybdenum alloy and hand honed and hollowed ground them to a thin sharp convex edge blade. Next, they butterflyed the handles bending the finger rings in opposite directions to hug you fingers and thumb. Then they produced the handle in a non-slip finish, so even when your hands are covered with gel you will still feel in control. The clicking adjustable screw allows you to tighten down for large power blunt bites and loosen up for speed cutting without ever letting the shears leave your hand.
